Yes, we tailor the workout to the child's age and abilities. If the child is between 2 and 12 years old, you can treat the exercises as play and a shared exploration of movement possibilities. Exercises such as marching, jogging on the spot, side steps, or hip lifts while lying down should not exceed the child's capabilities. However, try to ensure the child completes the entire workout plan designed for them. Treat the exercises as inspiration to familiarise the child with workout activities. It's best to do everything together. Don't worry about the technique of the exercises either. We allow for spontaneity and a lot of flexibility.
