Why don't I have a plan in my email?

Every time we provide you with a new diet and/or workout plan in the app, we send you an email. You will find your plan in the attached PDF file. To locate the plan in your inbox, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the email address is linked to your account.
2. Check if your diet has already started.
3. Verify that the message hasn't gone to spam.

In other cases, write to us at pomoc@centrumrespo.pl, and we will send you the necessary materials.
