Who determines the weight for strength training, me or the trainer (How to choose it)?

In our strength workouts, we do not specify exact weights. This is because it is difficult for us to assess your training capabilities. In practice, the recommended weight might not match your abilities. 

We recommend selecting the weight yourself and observing how it affects you. A well-chosen weight allows you to maintain the correct exercise technique. We suggest starting with the minimum weight and gradually increasing it, depending on your workout progress.

If needed, we will provide you with the necessary guidance to help you make decisions. Learning to select weights is one of the elements that becomes more intuitive and natural over time. The same applies to exercise technique.
