The Workout Plan at Respo is crafted by an experienced physiotherapist trainer. This professional tailors exercises to your needs and capabilities. In the nutri-medical form, describe your training preferences. You can specify, among other things, how often and how long you wish to work out, which body parts you want to focus on, where you plan to do your workouts (e.g., home, gym, city park), which exercises you want to exclude, and many other aspects that will help us personalise your workout plan.
