Help CenterOnce you have paid for the package, we will ask you to complete the nutri-medical form in the app. This form will allow the dietitian to tailor a diet plan for you, and in the case of packages with workouts, also a workout and workout tracker plan. The nutri-medical form should be completed within 120 days of purchasing the selected Program.
In the form, you can indicate when you would like to start the collaboration. You have the option to delay the start of the collaboration by up to 28 days from the day you submit the completed form. If you do not specify a preferred start date, we will prepare the plan according to the terms and conditions, which means as soon as possible, but not earlier than 5 days after you submit the completed form.
After submitting the completed nutri-medical form, the dietitian will develop your plan. Five days before the start of the collaboration, we will provide you with a sample meal plan for a day. This will include any dietary exclusions you have indicated, but the sample plan will not have a calorie count tailored to you.

When your plan is ready, we will inform you via email and send you a notification in the app.
