What is account hold and how to use it?

Account Hold is an add-on to the program. You can find descriptions and prices of add-ons in the app and on the Respo website. 

Account Hold allows you to pause our collaboration and program payments for 7, 14, or 30 days. With this add-on, you won't lose the days you've already paid for during holidays, festive periods, long weekends, or when you temporarily can't stick to your diet. You can purchase and activate the add-on at any time.

To purchase the Account Hold add-on in the app, tap: More > Add-ons, then select the hold period you're interested in and follow the instructions. After purchasing, you need to activate the add-on.

To activate a previously purchased Account Hold in the app, tap: More > Add-ons > Available. Then select and activate the add-on.

When the account is on hold, your access to the app is limited, and you cannot use the diet. If your program includes chat with a dietitian, you can contact your Goal Coach during the hold period. Inform them about the hold, and you'll receive guidance for this time.

You can reactivate your account before using all the hold days, but you will lose the remaining days of the add-on. They cannot be used later.

In the case of a Program for Two, you independently decide on purchased add-ons. The purchase will be assigned to one account.
