What is a guarantee and what can you do during its validity?

The guarantee allows you to tailor your diet or workout plan to your individual preferences and health needs at no extra cost. Upon receiving each new plan, you have a 7-day guarantee period to make any changes necessary to ensure it fits your needs as best as possible.

 

During the guarantee period, you can:

🍌 Swap recipes that don't suit you, for example, if you crave more dishes with a specific product or need even quicker-to-prepare meals;

🏋️‍♀️ Replace exercises that don't meet your expectations with others or change the number of workouts;

🗒 Update the nutri-medical form, i.e., report changes regarding health status, test results, dietary preferences, number of meals, etc.;

💬 Add comments for the dietitian to consider when tailoring your plan.

 

How to use each available option during the guarantee period?

🍌 Recipe Swap

Need to change a recipe? Swap the current recipe for another by yourself, step by step:

  1. Open the app and click on the "Plan" tab at the bottom of the screen in the navigation
  2. Click the "Swap Recipes" button at the top of the page
  3. You'll see other dish options to choose from - select the appropriate substitute
  4. Done! Your plan will be updated with new suggestion.

Note! After 7 days, the "Swap Recipes" button will no longer be available, and the ability to report changes under the guarantee will be disabled.

 

🏋️‍♀️ Exercise Swap

To replace an exercise in the plan with another:

  1. Open the app and click on the "Plan" tab at the bottom of the screen
  2. Select "Workout"
  3. A message about the guarantee and the number of days remaining will appear at the top of the screen
  4. Choose the workout you want to modify
  5. Press the "Request Workout Changes" button
  6. Enter your comments on the exercises in the text field and save

 

🗒 Nutri-medical Form Update

The nutri-medical form contains information about your health status, dietary and workout preferences, number of meals, or allergies. During the guarantee period, you can update it, and the dietitian/physiotherapist will make the appropriate changes to your plan.

Need to report an important fact to your Goal Coach? Do it step by step:

  1. In the app, click "More" at the bottom of the screen (icon with two lines at the bottom)
  2. Go to the "About You" section and select "Nutri-medical Interview"
  3. Enter new information and save changes

You can also update the form via the website after logging into your account at: www.centrumrespo.pl/my-account

Report changes if:

  • You've been diagnosed with a new condition (e.g., insulin resistance, Hashimoto's, reflux)
  • Your physiological state has changed (pregnancy in women)
  • You've received new test results
  • You're changing the number of meals per day (e.g., from 4 to 3)
  • You want to eliminate a specific ingredient (e.g., "I don't eat broccoli")
  • Your preferences have changed (e.g., you want more vegetarian dishes)
  • You want to increase the number of workouts per week from 3 to 4
  • Your preferences regarding workout locations have changed (home, gym, outdoors)
  • You want to change the type of workout (cardio, strength, interval)

 

💬 Adding a Comment to the Plan for the Dietitian

The nutri-medical form contains a special section where you can add any comments that will help the dietitian/physiotherapist tailor your diet/workout even better.

How to add a comment in the form?

  1. Go to the "More" tab, proceed to the "About You" section and select "Nutri-medical Form"
  2. Go to the section "If you would like to provide us with any additional information, write it here"
  3. Enter your comment and save.

Examples of information worth including there:

  • Please include sweet second breakfasts
  • I don't like fish except for cod
  • I'm on a vegan diet but want to include fish
  • I swim once a week
  • I want to have 1 home workout and 2 gym workouts per week

The guarantee period is a crucial time as it allows you to tailor the plan to your preferences, so remember to actively use it if needed. A well-tailored process becomes a pleasure.
