What is a 7, 10, 14-day meal plan?

Depending on the selected program, you receive a meal plan for 7, 10, or 14 days, which repeats over 30 days. By renewing your cooperation or purchasing a longer program straight away, after 30 days you will receive a brand new meal plan tailored to your needs, featuring new meals not included in the previous plan. Of course, previous meal plans do not disappear, so the longer you work with us, the more meals you have access to.

Also, remember that during this 30-day interval, you can use the Respo App to swap entire meals or individual meal ingredients (e.g., cucumber for tomato if you fancy it more today). The app will recalculate the weight of the given ingredient to match your calorie intake.
