How will I measure my progress?

To track your progress, regularly add measurements in the app. Report your body weight and circumference measurements, and optionally include body photos. Measurements are a valuable source of information about your progress. They guide the dietitian on how to manage your diet and provide additional motivation for you. Weigh yourself weekly. Every two weeks, do a full measurement (body weight, circumference measurements, and body photos). Enter the data into the app as you go. Adding photos is not mandatory, but it's worth photographing your body regularly. Photos allow you to observe changes in your figure over time. They best illustrate your success story. Only you and the dietitian have access to the photos, and we will never use these materials without your consent. We protect your privacy.
