How to reduce the cost of working with Respo?

We want to ensure that the Respo diet is accessible to everyone. That's why we offer you various options to reduce the cost of your plan and defer payment deadlines.

  1. Subscribe to Respo for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months and forget about payment worries. With a subscription, you get a discount on every program. The fee for the plan is charged automatically. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time.
  2. Purchase a program for 3, 6, or 12 months and lower the cost of your plan. The longer the period you choose, the more advantageous the price of your program will be.
  3. If you've already developed healthy habits with the Respo App or are disciplined and motivated to follow a diet, choose the Standard Program without dietitian chat support. This program is cheaper than the one with the dietitian chat option.
  4. Buy now, pay later with PayPo or P24NOW. You can get up to 30 days to pay with PayPo and 54 days with P24NOW at no additional cost. During checkout, select your preferred payment method.
  5. Spread the payment in instalments. Add the program to your basket, choose instalments, fill out the credit application on the bank's website, and wait a moment for a positive decision.
  6. Purchase an Account Hold – our add-on that allows you to pause your plan with Respo at any time. If you're short on time, travelling, or have other commitments, pause your account in the app for 7, 14, or 30 days. If you wish, you can return to your diet before the hold period ends and reactivate your account in the app.

When your account is on hold, our plan is paused, and you don't use the paid-for days of your program. Additionally, when you pause your account in a program with chat support, you maintain contact with your Goal Coach in the app during this time. After the hold period, we resume the plan, and you regain full access to Respo. The validity of your account is extended by the hold period.
