1. To put your account on hold, purchase the add-on for account hold. (After purchase, the add-on will require activation in the app.) To make a purchase, tap: More > Add-ons > Account Hold. Then select the desired duration of the hold and pay for the add-on.
2. Activate the account hold immediately after purchase or save the add-on for later. To activate the hold, tap: More > Add-ons > Available. You will see the purchased account hold. Tap the add-on to activate it and follow the instructions in the app.
Remember, you cannot split the purchased add-on and use it in parts. You can activate the account hold only once. You can return to your plan and activate your account at any time before the hold period ends. If the account hold has not expired, any remaining days will be forfeited upon activation. In the Program for Two, each of you orders the account hold separately. This way, one of you can put the account on hold while the other continues.
