After purchasing a program, we will ask you to fill out the nutri-medical form in detail. Based on your responses in this form, we will match you with a dietitian, your Goal Coach. This is the person who will create a personalized meal plan for you.
Diet Plan
The dietitian will consider your preferences and exclude ingredients you dislike from the diet. In the form, you will provide, among other things:
- information about any ailments and illnesses
- names of the shops where you most frequently shop
- names of products you can't imagine your diet without
- the time you can dedicate to cooking
- how many meals a day you want to eat
- body measurement data
- the goal you want to achieve with us
You can also attach your current test results.
Workout Plan
If you have a program with a workout, you will additionally receive an individual workout tracker prepared by a physiotherapist trainer. It will be tailored to your physical capabilities. The plan will take into account your needs and lifestyle, for example, whether you go to the gym. We will find a type of activity that you may enjoy. You will exercise in a place where you feel comfortable (your own home, gym, city park).
The physiotherapist trainer will adapt activities to your preferences and health condition. They will consider what exercise equipment and tools you have at home (e.g., mini bands, stationary bike). They will also take into account the time you can dedicate to exercises (both the number of days per week and the number of minutes allocated for a single workout).
