Yes, we outline running workouts and indicate the time for their execution, but we do not account for the distance covered. An example of a continuous running workout at Respo: warm-up + 2 min walk + 30 min jog + 3 min walk + stretching. An example of an interval running workout at Respo (with variable intensity): warm-up + 2 min walk + 4 x (3 min jog + 4 min run) + 3 min walk + stretching.
