Yes, according to the current terms and conditions, you have the right to withdraw from the contract. You are entitled to a full refund for the purchased program until your first Diet Plan is arranged.&nbsp;
You can also request a refund during our collaboration, i.e., after receiving the plan/plans. Respo will then refund you the service fee in the amount determined by the Algorithm described in our terms and conditions.
Once the refund is accepted, the funds will be returned to your account as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. The refund will be made in the same form as the order was paid.
